Your name, your email address, your company, your website, your message, and which of the options you chose. The email address is required so we can reply. The website is required when you ask for an audit, because the audit checks what AI assistants say against it.
We use it to answer you and, for an audit, to run it. It does not go on a mailing list.
The form sends it to us as one email, and records you in Attio, the CRM we track enquiries in: your name and email address, and, for an audit, the request itself. The site itself keeps no other copy.
Page views, through Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate and sets no cookie.
Visits and actions such as clicking a button or sending the form, through Google Analytics, loaded by Google Tag Manager. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell one visit from the next. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, a banner from CookieYes asks first, and nothing is set until you agree. Elsewhere analytics is on until you turn it off. Either way, you can change it here at any time.
While analytics is on, the site also keeps two cookies of its own for 90 days, recording how you first and most recently arrived: the referring site, the campaign in the link, and the page you landed on. If you send the form, that goes with it, so we know which of our work brought you here.
Two small cookies hold no more than a word each. One lasts until you close the browser and records whether you are visiting from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, worked out by Vercel from your IP address, so the site knows which of those rules applies. The other remembers, for a year, that you turned analytics off.
The typefaces load from Google Fonts and Fontshare. Your browser asks those services for them, so they see your IP address and browser, as with any request on the web.
Vercel hosts the site, runs the form, counts the page views, and tells the site which country a visit comes from. Resend delivers the form's email to our inbox. Attio holds the enquiry. Google runs Google Analytics and Tag Manager, and CookieYes runs the consent banner. Most are US companies, so what you send may be processed in the United States.
We do not sell what you send us, rent it, or share it with anyone for advertising.
Your message stays in our inbox, and your record in Attio, while it is useful to the conversation, and we delete both when you ask. Our cookies expire after 90 days. Resend and Google keep their own logs under their own policies.
